I have a similar issue since the most recent update. I can see my movies library on my iPhone, but not on my iPad tho movies still playback. Have checked VPN is turned off, restarted both PC and Plex. Even deleted the cache off my iPad. Nothing works.
i am still having this issue, how can we get support, there is no means to call them or contact them via email
I am also having this issue on some new iPads we have. Issue was on 7.0 and still exists in 7.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Having the same exact problem. Completely deleted app. I tried syncing just a few videos. It will show up in recommended but not in the library.
Tried it again today. Still doesn’t work. Odd error.
I find it inconceivable that I pay for something and can’t get support. There is o way to email them or call them. Does plex support even monitor these forums

Have you tried adding your server LAN IP address manually in the ios app settings. We have two iPads and both work as intended
I am not sure how to do that or find my server LAN IP address

i run on a macbook air running macos catalina

when i try to add my IP address manually i get error code 401 , a connection to the server could not be established using the details you provided
With your Ipad go to ipad settings and create a new lease to wifi Router. If you remember your password for the wifi.
If that did not work, login out of plex account and login again. That from the plex media server on the Mac air
I’ve tried it today. Still the same error. Anyone using iPad Pro 11" experiences it?
