Hello Friends.
I am facing a strange problem and i could use some help.
Recently i bought a new ipad pro M4 (2024) and installed the latest plex app (Plex pass user).
Everything works great except the download items with the external subtitles.
To be more specific if i stream let’s say for example an episode from a series everything works great but if i downloaded to see it later if i have no access to my plex server then the subtitles are unreadable.
Always we are talking about the same video file with the same srt external subtitle names correctly etc.
In the past i had a previous generation ipad and everything worked ok but also with an earlier app version.
The only difference that i spotted was that in the past the srt sub was changed to txt sub but now remains as srt.
In the fist pic you can see the video file and the srt sub. In the second you can see it streaming directly from my server and in the third the downloaded video and the sub that becomes unreadable.
Server and app are on the latest app versions.
Does anyone has a solution or any kind of help ?
