I cannot play videos I take with my iPhone that are 4k dolby vision 60fps on my nVidia Shield connected to my LG CX oled TV. It stutters, hands, or crashes Plex. This has been ongoing for years for me. I’ve tried all the different settings to get it to play. Is there anything more I can do to get this to work?
Note that I put these videos alongside my photos and play it from the photos library in Plex. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.
Also, using the built in Plex app on the LG TV, these play no problem. I’d rather use the nVidia shield because it’s faster and has more capabilities.
