iPhone dolby vision vidoes still don't work. been waiting for years

I have the latest Apple 4k TV and the latest Nvidia Shield and both still don’t play iPhone dolby vision videos correctly. I posted about this since the iPhone 12 and years later neither of these devices can play them correctly. They either stutter, don’t play at all, or change all the colors. Does anyone know how to get these to work?

Just uploaded one, plays great.
Maybe you should should share some info if you are serious about getting help. Player hardware, os version, player version, server hardware, os version, server version, logs. Any drip of anything to give people to go on.

Thanks for the reply. I have all the latest versions of the apps. If there’s other info that I can provide, let me know. I’m not familiar enough with providing logs for this type of thing.

Plex Server: 1.40.2.8395. Running on an i7-7700k home server with 32gigs of RAM.
AppleTV 4k: 8.34. Ethernet connected.
Nvidia Shield Pro 2019: (latest version). Ethernet connected.

The AppleTV stutters on every iPhone DV video. Changing to use the old video player doesn’t help.

The nvidia shield will sometimes play it, maybe like 3/5 times. Other times, it will stutter or show all the wrong colors or even crash.
