The Nvidia Shield Pro app (Shield Experience 8.2, app version 8.8+) will play all the content direct play
The logs can be generated by:
- Verify DEBUG logging enabled (Settings - server - general - SHOW ADVANCED)
- Verify VERBOSE logging Disabled.
- Now recreate the playback attempt
- Stop after 20 seconds
- Wait another 20 for logs to flush to disk
- Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
- Attach the ZIP file
I am confused why the Shield is not doing as it should – DirectPlay (even with subtitles).
The DSx20+ series still require this bypass
