Is it possible to hide collections AND movies in collections on the Library tab?

In my Movies Library, I have a Library tab and a Collections tab. When I select the Library tab, I would like to see only movies that are NOT part of a collection and I do NOT want collections to show up here. I want movies that are part of a collection to show only on the Collections tab.

It appears that my current choices are:

  1. Disabled - This hides the collections, but all movies that are a part of a collection are still displayed.

  2. Hide items which are in collections - Causes collections to be shown, but not the individual movies therein.

  3. Show collections and their items - Shows both the collections and the movies within the collections without having to select the collection.

Is there currently any way to hide both collections and movies that are a part of a collection on the Library tab?

You cannot do that with Plex currently.
The general idea is that movies will always show in the library tab. If the library is sorted by title and you configured the collection visibility accordingly, you can show the collection instead of its items – however you cannot tell Plex to hide media from the library tab for good.
