Is my NAS tree structure preventing Plex from finding my media?

Glad you got it working! Enjoy.

I think I spoke too soon………I feel like I’m all out of possible solutions. I feel spent.:troll:

ChuckPa, I had a health issue that I had to recover from, I did get into my Starlink software and was able to bypass my Starlink router. My Google nest routers are all routers. I don’t know if I have two Plex accounts and if that could cause any problems. I have a Plex login with an email and also with a Username.

I logged into my Synology NAS and stopped the Plex installed on the NAS. I then immediately ran the Plex from the Package Center and then opened Plex. It ran fine from right there. But when I tried running it from the Fire Stick TV 4k MAX version on any of my tv’s, or off my iPad or off my iPhone, none of them work. Where would you have me start at from this point?

update: I closed out my Plex on my laptop computer and went into my NAS from the iPad and opened the Plex on the NAS from my iPad and it worked fine. I was able to open then both up directly from the NAS and they worked. But not my Fire Stick TV 4K Max versions.
