I’m unable to see my movies on my server which is a PR4100 via LAN. I can see all the web content but not my stuff. Friends are also unable to connect externally.
I restarted my server and router and still the same. I also changed my password as i received an email saying that a log in was made in Bristol on my account which is somewhere i’ve never been and i’m the only with my details.
I’ve got the Plex app on my phone and that seems to work but if I go on my computer and use the browser or even the browser on my phone then it will not work.
Check your email. Look in the spam folder as well. You should have an email in there, informing you of a password change on your account. Use the link in the email to revert it.
It is still not allowing me to connect to my server from the browser, nor is my firestick able to connect to it. I tried that link and clicking support in the drop down box took me back here.
