Changed password due to warring. Now no access to Server

I changed my password due to a waring that I may have been compromised. Now, I can login to Plex.tv, but I cannot find either of my two local Linux servers. Instead, when all my players indicate “Offline” or unreachable. When I use a browser to hit the IP of my servers it just gives the dump page and says. " This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

I tried re-installing plex on the server. Everything appears fine during the installation. However, it still just gives that error. I feel like a “trust” relationship is broken, but I’m not sure how to re-establish.

Server Version#: plexmediaserver_1.23.0.4459-20536d6fc_amd64.deb
Player Version#: Plex for Windows Version 1.30.0.2105-43a11204

Don’t forget that you can’t just hit :32400, you need to go to :32400/web. Without the /web part, you’ll get the behavior you’ve described.

Of course! I am so sorry to have bothered with this. Since all my clients, phone, Windows, AppleTV, broke with the password change, I went directly to the server in a browser window. Thinking I needed to fix my credentials, and claim the server again. I did need to do that, but as you clearly describe, I needed to hit :32400/web.

Thank you, all is restored.
