someone in bangladesh has logged into my account so Plex suggested I change my password. I did, but now plex won’t access my server and none of my content is loading.
my friend mainly set all this up for me - and I’m feeling a bit intimidated by all the information here. I tried reading some of the stuff here, but it’s honestly a bit over my head.

Have you tried signing out of PMS, clients, and website? Then sign back in to website first and Launch the web app?
Logging out of the plex account and back in is relatively easy on the various client apps.
