Consulted Troubleshooting pages and tried the various suggestions. Tried T-Mobile support with no success. They say port forwarding not possible with their system. Is that the final answer, or is there another solution?
You can only use Plex Relay.
Am I reading this correctly to mean that Relay is a feature I can use to access my server, but not any guests that I wish to share with? Is there a specific way to enable Relay? I am not finding any instructions on how to do that.
My goal is to allow remote access by people I have invited to share my libraries. Their access ended when I switched from Comcast to T Mobile.

Incorrect. Plex Relay can be used by anyone you share with.
