Just taking into consideration that a deep analysis has resolved the issue. On some occasions i haven’t had the time to put plex through scheduled tasks so if a movie is showing its streaming at 30+mbps with an overall bit-rate of 4mbps and my upload capacity is 20mbps would it still be direct playable remotely? or does Plex actually try to reserve 35mbps which would be impossible?
i’ve checked using a live bandwidth monitor and it streams at an average of 8mbps and spikes to 20-30 very rarely which is insignificant compared to alot of other movies i play through plex.
So i should have attempted this 1st i apologise but i’m streaming through my 4G seamlessly (dl speed around 10-14mbps). But can anyone just confirm this?

tell a lie my 4G dl speed is about 4-5mbps.
