Is there a way to make a music library that only uses the local folder structure for metadata?

I have a big library of collected music on my computer and it uses an Artist/Album/TrackNumber - TrackName.ext structure. I tried to import this into Plex with “Personal Media Artists” and everything just had [unknown artist] and [unknown album] and everything was completely broken. Is there any way to make it use the folder structure for album and artist names?
