Server Version#: 1.40.1.8227
Here’s the problem: I need to reconfigure an external RAID5 with about 12TB of Plex data on it, but I can’t turn off the computer. To reconfigure, I have to backup, destroy and reload the data. That would drive Plex server crazy. If I could turn off the server while I do the work, then I could turn it back on without Plex even knowing about it. The plan is to copy the data to another RAID and move it back.
So, is there a way to gracefully stop and restart the server? I can see in Task Manager that there are four processes. I could stop those, but is that the only way to put Plex to sleep? It seems rather inelegant.
