Issue adding movies to Plex

I try since days to add 2 new movies to my library. there where recognized without any Problems. Also the Matching worked. But after that it is broke. No Cover or other pictures from actors are catched. Also i’m not able to change it by myself. in the error log i get this error. It only happens on Movies. If i add new TV Shows or new episodes of TV Shows everything works fine.

So tried both things. Nothing worked. Still the same Problem.

And also Log Errors are the same.

That was your suggestion 7 days before. I have done that but without a positive result.

So i done what you recommend. And again with the same Result. TV Shows are fetched and downloaded all information without Problems. But not the Movie Library. It do not download any Images of the Movie or Actors informations and so on. Also created a new Test Library and added a movie in in it. Same Result.

So I only have Plex Movie and The Movie Database. No Option for Plex Movie New. I tried booth of them. And yes i have the Option enabled for library Language. And this one is Set to German.
