Issue streaming 1 file with fire stick 4k

I have added several videos to my server and they all work great. I have 1 dvd remux that I made that when I stream in the fire stick shows a green screen but the audio plays.

I can stream this problem title in my Xbox without issue, through a web browser in my pc with no issue, on my phone with no issue. But for some reason my fire stick is having issues.

The format is mkv and it’s a standard MPEG 2 stream. I had a dvd that I used MakeMKV to remux. I can re examine the file to see if it’s any different than other dvd remux files I made.
