I have recently subscribed to Plex pass, and im loving it. However while trying to watch a downloaded version of “The Office”. I realized external subtitles aren’t downloaded when using the new download system. Also the “Skip Intro” feature doesn’t work most of the time, which is a bummer.
On what client are you experiencing this behavior, Plex for Android or iOS?
Supposedly the external subtitles are working fine. I’ve seen 1-2 other posts about this but none of the users was getting back to Plex’ follow-up questions.
I suppose your logs might also provide some insight on what’s going wrong with those intros. I’ve been watching a downloaded episode recently where the button showed up fine and the skip were working – that doesn’t mean there can’t be some hiccups (though I hope such hiccups are more of an exception)

I am using the latest android version. And english subtitles downloaded via Sub-Zero.
Is the subtitle listed as an option on the preplay page? As long as the subtitles weren’t burned in, it should have downloaded them. Can you confirm the subtitles work when streamed from your server?
