Hey guys,
I have tried the new download feature and for all the downloaded item it download the external subtiles. Although it downloads the subtitles it doesnt show it when watching the content.
While watching, on playing settings the external subtitle it downloaded is automatically picked but it still not showing in.
How can it be fixed?

That should be working. Can you provide more info and logs? Is it a RTL subtitle? I’ve seen reports of these not working.

I seem to have the same issue (not RTL).
It also seems that sometimes the subtitles do indeed work for the same video. I think it might have something to do with the connection to Plex server. It’s almost like the subtitles don’t really work (or rarely work) when I have a direct connection but do work when I’m outside of the home network.
