Does Plex have an issue tracker?, and if so how does one access it.
If not, why not… most applications that I run have one.
Makes it easy for all to track whats going.

I agree… it does look like CHAOS from the outside… and it doesn’t seem to get things resolved just piss off users.
especially if you don’t get a response from Plex about your problem.
