Issue with HW transcoding on Qnap TS-473A and Nvidia Zotac GTX 1650 on v.1.41.3.9314

Since just before Christmas (when the latest version came out and my NAS autoupdated) I noticed my machine shutting down due to high temperatures. When I looked into it, I noticed Plex was no longer doing HW transcoding for some reason. I manually went back to 1.41.3.9292-bc7397402 and HW transcoding works again.
