Hello,
I am having issues with people being able to play media from my Plex server. They are encountering this message:
“Something went wrong playing your media. Please try again. Could not direct play because: Not enough bandwidth for direct play of this item. Required bandwith is 694.3kbps and only 2000kbps is available. Could not transcode because: Not enough CPU for conversion of this item”
Both I and the other party have Apple TV’s and high speed internet. This has never been an issue before, but started up this last week.
Please help me figure out what to do. Is this something I need to do on my end or is this an issue they need to fix on their end? Any advice will help.
