wrong error message: Playback Error - not enough bandwidth

Hello,

I receive following error message:
Not enough bandwidth for direct play of this item. Required bandwidth is 4855kbps and only 853kbps is available.

I checked my server bandwidth (4Mbps):

and movie properties (overal bandwidth 2143kbps):

and client settings (goolge chrome on remote network, download bandwith 50Mbps):

I tried playing the movie without *.srt or other subtitles.
So I was expecting my server playing the movie without transcoding.

The error message is not correct.
Server: Running Version 1.9.5.4339 on a WIN10 box
Client: google chrome on a WIN10 box

What’s wrong here?

I’m having the same issue as well. Its been going on for like a week or two that I have noticed. Today it happened while trying to stream a song, stating that it requires 2066kbps.

I am getting the same error when trying to play it from my web browser on the system that is running Plex server. All other clients are working fine.
