Issue with plex organizing anime

Hello i have been having issues with plex sorting and organizing anime on my server, let us take one piece as an example: it will sort the series from 1 to 20 and 20 being an episode (473) .

i have them named according the guides but still some anime will not be well organized sometimes i get season 00, or 1 and 2 and an episode alone sitting in season 15 according to plex player, even though my folders are only Season 01 and Season 02

  1. Look up your show on TheTVDB
  2. Take the title as it is used on TheTVDB. If there is something in parentheses, take that too. If the title contains invalid characters (depends on your file system), like § : % *, simply leave them out.
  3. Check the naming and the folder structure of your show. Name the top folder of the show exactly after the title on TheTVDB. No abbreviations. No additional subfolders. No aliases. Add the (year) in parentheses of when episode 1 of season 1 of this show was aired.
  4. Name the episode files according to the above linked naming guide. Use the same title as for the top folder. Show's Title (year) - s01e01 - additional info.ext (’- additional info’ can be left out).
Particularly with Anime, make sure your files follow the Season/Episode numbering that is used on TheTVDB
  5. After you corrected the naming and folder structure, perform the Plex Dance with all files for this show.

thank you very much i will give it a try and report back!

okay so i did exactly this, the only issue is fixing the match let say i want one piece, it does not show the metadata for some reason, they are blank posters and no info about the show however the season are correct according to theTVDB numbering

Please show the content of the Plex XML info of one such affected episode.
