Currently have Plex Server running on a TerraMaster NAS device. Seems randomly certain media files just spin/spool… doesnt seem to be any rythm or reason to when it decides to do it. I can play on my Vizio TV or FireStick no problem. Once a file or series has a buffering issue any file in that folder seems to have the same issue.
Mind sharing some more details, e.g. what version of Plex Media Server you have installed (and on what platform), to what specific app are you streaming…
