Videos start buffering after some time (no bandwidth issue)

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033
Player Version#: all on all platforms

hello everyone,

I need help, I recently reinstalled plex media server due to mainboard change and new system install (windows 10) on my desktop PC and copied my library over.
I have 1000Mbps download and 200 Mbps upload speed (tested) and if I do a fresh start of the server remote streaming works fine, but after an undefined amount of time (a few hours?) the files (e.g. 10 Mbps) start buffering endlessly and I am not able to watch much.
It also seems to me that it happens sometime if I stop and start watching a file again immediately or skip to a different place for example.
I really don’t understand what could be the issue, what can I try to do? If needed I can send you the logs, I myself don’t see much from them.

I get “Didn’t receive a request from xxxx: stream truncated” or “We didn’t receive any data from xxxx in time, dropping connection.”

Thank you allPlex Media Server.log (3.5 MB)
Processing: app log.json…
app log.log (669.5 KB)

Update, it seems to always occur with some files, but these are not bigger or on other hard drives.

Any help? Plex is unusable, it just randomly buffers… What can I do? Should I delete everything and start anew? Should I try update the OS?
