Sure. This article on Log Files will tell you where to find both server and player logs.

To make it easy, be sure you’re in debug mode on both server and player.
Restart PMS. Give it 5 minutes to settle. Start the player. Give it 2 or 3min.
Cause the problem. Capture both types of logs.

PMS logs. Zip up the whole folder and attach it.
Player log. Zip up the most recent one and attach it, which is usually enough after a restart.
