Server Version#: 1.21.4.4079, running on ubuntu server 18.04
Two months ago i bought a pair of sonos one speakers and since then i’ve been using the sonos app in order to play my plex music. Recently i’ve been wanting to use the plex and plexamp apps to control the playback but i can’t seem to get them working. I’ve tried on my pixel 2 xl and on my ipad, both times without success.
The apps are able to see the sonos speakers in the cast to devices list, but i am not able to cast. Plex app gives out a generic playback error, while plexamp starts skipping through songs not being able to play nothing. I think it is worth noting that google cast works flawlessly.
I’ve already checked remote access on my server, that is enabled and fully working. Please find attached my server logs from recent attempts to cast music both via plexamp and plex mobile app. Let me know if you need more information. Thanks in advance.
