Bur when log in, I can only see the above account screen. I have even cleared out the authorized devices, which are only web pages.

So rebuilt the whole network, still on 192.168.x.x and Plex has found and adopted the server. Thanks for your time in getting this sorted.
So the next issue is I want the NAS to have a static IP, but when I do this the Media - Remote Access fail, even with a port forwarding rule in place.
