Issues remote streaming (was working fine a few days ago)

I am having an issue that I can’t wrap my head around. I have a Plex server setup on an Nvidia Shield Pro (500GB) Everything is up to date. The shield is on 7.1 and Plex is on 1.13.5.5332. Everything has been working fine up until a few days ago. When I try to connect remotely some devices can connect and some can not. My android phone over LTE for instance can not connect via the plex app and I get this error (https://imgur.com/gallery/r7Jk6j4), but if I go to plex via chrome on my smartphone it will play fine. The port 32400 is showing forwarded on my router and when I check on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

Plex when I am on my home lan is saying that I do not have remote access but when I connect remotely via plex.tv it is saying that it is an indirect connection. Nothing has changed via my network. Have Ubiquity router and switch and everything is connected over Ethernet. I also followed checked everything at https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/

Issue with my port forwarding settings. All is good now

I am having the same issue with my Shield. All of a sudden I cannot watch any of my movies on my Plex server on my Shield. Any advice?
