I’m having trouble setting up Plex DVR / Live TV with a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD Tuner on Windows.
I have modified the file 5263.ini (Cable - Romania) such as it can search for all the channels listed here.
Despite properly modifying 5263.ini I still get multiple failure messages in the Tuner log and no channels end up getting found by Plex.
WARN - [E] dvb_channel_scanner_t::do_scan_attempt. Tune failed for 306000,V,6875,QAM64
INFO - [I] channel_scanner_t::scan_channels. Scanned 1 transponder out of 12. Channels found 0
According to the list above, at least the channel TVR HD should be found at this frequency.
I have previously tested the Tuner using WinTV v10, which I have afterwards uninstalled, meaning that the tuner itself is not the problem. After the uninstallation of WinTV I have installed solely the drivers from the Hauppauge website.

P.S. Despite the link above suggesting otherwise, WinTV was successful in finding any channels only when the Symbol rate was set to 6875.
