Issues with 1 local OTA channel

Hello, I have a strange issue where one of my 6 local stations is having tuning / playback issues, tested on several devices. The channel is CBC Calgary (http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3D60edcc8c0b6826%26t%3DALLTV%26n%3D1) and I have excellent reception.

I’m running Plex home server on a powerful windows 10 PC, with HDhomerun connect, and roof mounted antenna. All 6 of my channels have excellent reception. I have updated the firmware on the HDhomerun, and re-connected the device to my plex server again.

Playing a recording of this channel works great, no issues on any clients.
Live Tuning to the channel in Plex Web gives “Playback Error - Unable to tune channel”.
Live Tuning to the channel in Android phone gives “An error has occurred, please try again later”.
Live Tuning to the channel in Android TV begins for a moment. The audio plays correctly, but the video is frozen. I can get the video to correct itself by going to settings, then scrolling through (but not changing) the stream quality options. Once corrected, I can rewind and watch from the beginning with no issues.

All of my other channels tune perfectly on the same clients. Any thoughts?

I had the same issue with one of my OTA channels. For some reason it was resolved after rebooting the Plex server. Hopefully it does not come back again.

Yes that worked. Thanks for the reply.

I have a similar issue:
I am using a Hauppauge Quad tuner and will be unable to tune channels. Right now I am having an issue tuning channel 5.1. The only way to get it back is to reboot the system. It will then work for some time then will quit again. I have done extensive testing to make sure that it is not a signal issue from the TV tower to my house and I would appear as thought that is not the issue. I have attached logs from a time that this happened.

Similar issue with our PMS that runs on a Nvidia Shield - i had to reboot the Box to get it to work - not reliable at all.
