I’m trying to reset my plex password associated with my gmail account and I’m not getting the “forgot password” email. I’ve gone through the routine to whitelist noreply@plex.tv and checked all my inbox filters, I’ve even turned “override filters” on so that there is zero filtering. I’ve created a plex account with my Hotmail account (so I could read these forums) and requesting a password reset works for that email account…looks like gmail hates you guys. If I am now beyond redemption, I think my only option is to uninstall plex and reinstall it under my hotmail account (which is damn lame).
SPAM folder?
Your account was deleted. You can’t reset the password of a deleted account.
It is restored now. You can try again to log in.

thanks. Tried the send password option again this morning and it sent the email to Gmail. I think everything went to pot when I linked my google account thinking it might be easier. It then started telling me “email already taken”
