I don’t know if this is the place to post this or not but here it is. Whenever I try to play back a video using the app it closes remote access. I can connect to the server and it will say that the port is not accessible. If I connect to the server using https://ip:32400 I am able to connect and remote access work again. This is repeatable and I assume is an issue with the current release as the app had updated earlier today. Any info or possible fix would be great. I also don’t see a way to leave the test app as it is not Beta and can be switched off in the app store.
If your server is saying the port is unavailable its most likely an issue in PMS or with your network setup, double check your firewall configuration and port that’s being used. If you’re not having any success, open a thread in the Plex Media Server forums and someone will be able to help you figure it out!

The issue was resolved with an update to the android app. Sorry for the late reply.
