Issues with Plex Media player and Alexa skill

Just got an Echo Dot, linked the Alexa skill. I can select the right server and select the right player. If I ask Alexa to ask plex to play something it attempts to, all the right information and episode name comes up but it just gives a “Content is unavailable” error. I chose something I’ve already started and it offers to resume it and does exactly the same…

Then if I play something manually and say “Alexa ask plex to pause” it does pause the playback but then Alexa says “uh oh something went wrong, I’ll alert the plex team…”

Would be nice to have this work as now I have a taste for it it’ll be great when we wander in carrying our dinner plates we can just get Alexa to turn the tv on with the Harmony remote skill and then queue something up to play.

I tried it with Chrome browser and the media then plays ok. Still has the “uh oh” quirk with play / pause even though it does successfully play and pause.

I removed the skill, removed Alexa from authorised players and then linked again and it made zero difference.

I gave up on getting Plex to work through Alexa…
