Issues with PMS remote access

Recently dropped remote access to access PMS on my ps4 networks , have tried the following to get it to work

Delete and reinstall PMS on pc -win10
delete and reinstall plex app -ps4 x3
tried to port forward on ASUS DSL-AC68U modem
install a earlier version of PMS

any help would be greatly appreciated
