For the last few weeks the remote access seems to be going in and out, and with the latest update is completely unavailable. I have been through the forums and tried a few of the things sugested in other posts (upnp is on, plex ports are forwarded to the server, disabled secure connections, etc) and to no avail. It is working internally, just not externally through plex.tv.
Since this seems to be a recurring issue, I would like to roll back the PMS to version 1.15 or 1.16 which is the last time I remember things working. Is there an archive for the old files?
Attached are my logs in case I have missed something. Logs were cleaned and PMS restarted to get clean logs.
