I am running my tv shows using a tv shows library and have the file structure and name as adviced by Plex.tv. (eg Prison Break > Season 01 > Prison Break - s01e01.mkv). For some reason I am unable to get the meta data (episode title, summary info, correct posters) to pull through. Instead I typically get a non-descriptive “Episode 1”. The media plays just fine, but I would love to have the metadata pull through for organizational sake. Thanks for the feedback.
What platform is the server running on?
Does your router have IPv6 support? Disable it for a while.
Running the server on a Synology DS418play. IPV6 is disabled.

I checked it off on the router. Should I try on the other locations? I am not sure what this setting has to do with the metadata since it works perfectly with movies and other media. Thanks for your help.
