With kids around at home, it would be nice if I could put programming of a more violent or sexual nature behind a pin or password at the library level. For example, if I start the Plex app on my Apple TV, then select the “Adult” library, I’d like Plex to ask me for a password or pin code to access that library. That authorization would then be valid until I moved to another library or exited the app.
Isn’t that what Plex Home and managed users does?

(I think??)
I think so too (re Plex Home).
Check out the exemplary setup linked in the support article in darcilicious’ post
Hmm…The example of having everyone with their own account seems overly tedious. I’m not really interested in everyone switching accounts all the time or me typing a passcode every time I sit down in front of Plex. But I suppose I could setup a “guest” user with limited access that we use normally and a “privileged” user with a passcode hiding the inappropriate content.
Thanks.
Yeah it seems like the feature is robust to do just that ![]()
