Items disappearing from collections

After I have watched an Item from a collection it disappears from the collection folder and I have to add it back to the collection. How do I get it to stay in the collection?

Is it a Smart collection (created using filters) or standard (you manually added movies to it)?

I Manually added items to collections I created,
From AddTo / Add to Collection,
they go into the collection fine but If I open the video to check it or watch the whole video it leave the collection
