Items on server don't appear on clients

I am running Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon.

  1. The server does not appear in the application menu. However, when I go to http://127.0.0.1.32400/web I get the Plex server web page.
  2. I am able to log in, and install videos. They show up in the server
  3. However, when I go to the client (rasplex), I do not see the videos or an entry for their directory. I have three rasplex clients., and all were working with a previous intallation of plexmedia server. I’ve checked to make sure the firewall is not enabled.
  4. The clients act as though they see a server. They show a menu for channels and search.

I suspect I’m doing something simple wrong. Ideas?

Rasplex has simply gotten too old and is incompatible with newer server versions.
