iTunes import not working !!!

Hi

I tried to import iTunes playlist in a new Plex system but not much luck. Opposite to what is indicated in support website it imports the first playlist (it’s a smart one) and then stops there !!
Any ideas what to try of find a way to solve the problem ?

Note: you cannot import iTunes on a NAS or within Linux without first correcting the file locations within the iTunes Music Library.xml file.
I have instructions on importing iTunes on a Synology NAS at Q24 on the Synology FAQ’s page, link in my signature. The process should be similar for other brands of NAS and Linux.

Thanks a lot for it I’m just confused about one thing. You say not to copy medias from iTunes in plex Media directories ! Is he supposed to do it during import process of xml modified files ??
