I've accidently lost connection to two Plex servers after changing my Plex password and can't work out how to get them back

So I’ve mangled my set up big time somehow :frowning:

I have a headless linux Plex install and a Shield TV install and right now I can’t access either after doing a Plex account password change.

The linux install doesn’t show up at all and on the Shield TV the server won’t turn on while I’m logged in.

I have no idea what has happened but I’m pulling my hair out and would really appreciate some advice.

Cheers

I think this article will get you on the right path. It covers Windows, Linux, and MacOS:

So some very minor progress made. By deleting the preferences file on the Shield I have managed to get the media server working again, but only locally. If I log into the web app no servers are showing up despite it being up and running

Thanks, I have been through that article but unfortunately it didn’t really fix things :frowning:

My servers appear to be disconnected from my account somehow

Read the last bit of the article again. Basically logon locally in web app and then into the server
