Server Version#: 1.19.3.2852
I’ve just updated plex again to 1.19.3.2852 (as there is a update like every 4-5 days which is crazy) anyhow, I’ve notice some issues with my plex server with a particular folder and file. It keeps renaming the movie to the folder name
For instances, I’ve setup my media in age certification, for example \Certificate 15\Action & Adventure…etc.avi
Anyhow, I’ve just transferred Sweeney Todd.avi to my pc plex media server to folder \Certificate 18\Musical\Sweeney Todd.avi
and every time I do a scan despite locking the title information, it keeps renaming itself to \Certificate 18\Musical\Musical.avi
I have never had this before, no matter how many times I change it, lock it, it still goes back to that titled, I’ve even moved the video, renamed it, the only thing left is to convert it and see what happens then.
But it’s driving me crazy because any new movies I upload, it’s gonna keep changing back when I do a scan.
Also, non of the movies is scanning for information from either plex movie database or even the imdb website database to get the covers or even the cast, plot…etc
And this has only started happening when I updated the latest update of plex to 1.19.3.2852. Please tell me I’m not the only one that has had this weird issue.
