I’ve recently moved house and changed my internet provider to Virgin. Now my plex isn’t working.
I have a NAS - Synology DS 215j - the router is setup and it sees the NAS - I’m able to login into it.
But the plex server isn’t connecting.
I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling - no luck.
Any support would be appreciated.
Okay, to make it clear, your router can see your NAS and you can work on it. But, Plex is not working on your NAS. Is that correct? Like…What do you mean by it won’t connect.
Need logs from PMS. Also, what OS are you running it on so I can move this post to the right sub-forum (Windows, OS X, Synology, etc)? I wasn’t clear if you’re running PMS on the NAS or not.
