Hi all
I’m seeing major buffering in my Tautulli logs for certain devices used by certain users. I know it’s not a configuration or network issue on my end because other users are streaming without issue.
I noticed when configuring a new Notification Agent in tautulli I can select Buffer Warning as a trigger, however under the Conditions tab I’m lost at what to select. I’d like to use the Kill Stream script in conjunction with the buffer warning trigger to stop playback and display a message if the buffer count exceeds 10 (for example) in a given stream.
I’ve attempted to email and contact users that are having the issue to suggest checking for a Plex app update and offer some troubleshooting tips, but they’ve gone unnoticed. I’d like to attempt “forcing” this for a short time to see if this encourages them to try my suggestions.
Is this possible? Or is anything remotely similar an option?
