I’m running Plex Server version 1.14.1.5488, on Windows 10. My DVR feature is connected as such: OTA antenna -> HD HomeRun Connect Duo tuner -> Gigabit Ethernet switch -> computer (Plex server). It is recording shows just fine, according to my schedule. However, when trying to play those shows back via the native Plex app for Samsung Smart TV’s, the show is very jumpy (audio and video), and pixelated. Any advice would be appreciated.
