<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
You need to do the following in the order given:
- Uninstall Plex. Use the first option, uninstall only! (keep all files…)
- Reboot the NAS
- Go to the Plex Downloads page and download the DSM 7.2.2+ Plex package
- Install Plex using the package you just downloaded manually in Package Center
After you do that, Plex should be running the same as it was before the DSM upgrade.
The only changes are to the packaging, the Plex server code remains the same.
Just remember, from now on, you must download the latest Plex package for DSM 7.2.2+
