Just updated Plex Media Server on Windows 10 laptop. Does not start, rather displays : Plex was unable to start.
Error details: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot match against ‘undefined’ or ‘null’.
Restarting did no good. I have to close the window with Task Manager.
I just updated the Plex Media Player on my Windows 10 laptop to the latest version and I’m getting the exact same error too.
You could try the PMP v3.0 preview version
Another, more radical method would be to clear out the folder named in this support article (while PMP is closed, ofc): https://support.plex.tv/articles/207338798-advanced-configuration/
This will reset everything in PMP to default.
Deleting the conf file worked for me
