Just wanted to say thank you...

I just wanted to say thank you @Kwiboo @NedtheNerd and to the others who have spent the time on OpenPHT making it awesome. As I was looking for updates for PHT that I had been using for over a year on my NUC with an IR remote and loving it I saw the dreaded discontinued sign and looked more into it and alas PHT had been archived and abandoned by the Plex Team. And I had just dropped the money literally a month ago for Plex Pass Lifetime. It was like a kick in the nuts from the Plex Team. And since my Plex is running on a Windows 7 OS I didn’t have the option to install the Plex Media Player from the MS store and I hate with a passion the Plex web UI and that fact that it cannot be used with an IR remote not to mention all the loading/freezing/buffering problems while trying to rewind/fast forward videos. But then I stumbled upon OpenPHT and everything seemed okay again. In fact it would appear there have been some updated and new features/options that I hadn’t seen before in PHT. It was very simple to install. No problems with linking my Plex account. I had to correct the audio pass-through like I had to do with PHT but no other problems thus far.

So kudos to you all who had a hand in OpenPHT. Keep up the great work!

Hi JDubbedN, what exactly do you mean with that correction? I had some issues with my audio here and there and that made me curious.

Btw, I absolutely sign your statement. I do prefer the PHT style over the new interface, as well.
Love OpenPHT!

Like the original PHT I did not get audio on my computer or my TV setups with OpenPHT on first setup. So I went into audio and saw the audio was correctly selected but if you scroll down there is a selection for audio pass-through. I am not going to pretend I know what it is but I had a couple options to choose from and the default wasn’t giving me audio. So I selected each one until I got audio. Once the right one was selected I did not have audio problems after that.
