Buy any replay out of home is buffering constantly. Didn’t do this when I had cable before. Any ideas as to what may cause this.

Sorry, I may have missed something - what’s your cable got to do with your Plex access away from home not working? Are you trying to use Live TV?
There could be a lot of contributing factors. Typically if something is buffering constantly in Plex, it’s because the stream is too high of a resolution than the original file quality.
What’s your internet upload like? Can you provide any details on what you were trying to stream and on what device?
If a Plex Dev see’s this post, they’ll also likely ask for logs.
Probably cable in terms of “internet via “TV” cable”. If you would share more details it might be possible to help. Currently, it is hard to understand what your post means.
